Cutting
Inserts are available in cutting grades for use in mills, on their own, or with composite rod. Special geometries can be developed to suit the customer's application.

Wear
Applications include:

• trapezoidal (and other shapes), for brazing either on their own or infilled with composite rod
• stabiliser inserts 3mm, 4mm and 5mm thick, 5mm wide x6mm, 13mm, 20mm or 25mm long for use with metal spray powders.
• push fit serrated inserts for pressing in mechanically

Inserts for Quick Tip Licensees have ribs or bumps on the base for application using the Quick Tip process.

On request Inserts can be supplied Nickel plated or Copper Coated
