Cutting & Wear have been involved in the manufacture and application of hardfacing materials for over 30 years. We are one of the few companies that are able to manufacture complete machined, hardfaced components under one roof. In house resources include research laboratory facilities where our technical metallurgists can prepare and analyse metallurgical samples.
Our hardfacing expertise means that we understand the complications of having to hardface part way through the manufacturing process so that any distortion or material strength issues can be managed.
