At the same time Paul Jacobs, Hardfacing Technology Centre Supervisor and our most experienced hardfacing applicator, travelled out to Assen, again in the north of Holland, at the request of The Tool Company to provide training in grinding and hardfacing procedures for milling tools. |
European Drilling Services (EDS) supplies directional drilling, MWD and LWD services and is a long standing customer of Cutting & Wear. The company was recently acquired by Transmark, a major distributor of valves and flow control equipment. As a result the new company, Transmark EDS, moved to a superb new facility in Oudkarspel in the north of Holland. The new facility was officially opened in September 2009 and Cutting & Wear was among a number of suppliers who were invited to support the Open Day.
