18 December 2008 Lights, Camera and Quick Tip
A full day of filming resulted in over an hour of footage covering all aspects of the process. The footage is now being edited to produce a short promotional piece describing the advantages that Quick Tip can bring to an oilfield workshop. At 4 minutes long it can easily be distributed via USB memory stick and will also be accessible via the Cutting & Wear web site. Further edits are planned in order to provide training videos for use by Quick Tip licensees. These will also be accessible via the web site as a series of "information nuggets". |
The Hard Facing Technology Centre was recently the scene of the latest production from Cutting & Wear. A professional cameraman spent the day working with the HFT team to capture the Quick Tip process on video.
